I Broke My Own Rule and I’m Crying Today

Thank God the Sun rises implacably even on this day that marks so much trauma.

Happiest day, beloved Joy Train Rider! I love you and the whole world! Every part of it, since I believe everything in the world is part of the same thing that I AM. I hope you feel that sense of belonging to a beautiful whole. Getting that feeling made the difference between a happy life and a life of soaring fulfillment I never dreamed of.

I also recently learned that every emotion creates its own vibration in the universe, with Peace close to the top at 600 Joy following at 540. The lowest vibrations follow anger (150) the basest being shame, vibrating at 20. This information gives me a tremendous leg up in understanding our fellow humans. Instead of falling for their belligerence, I see the under-development and send them compassion and love.

On this historic moment, January 6, 2025, I am mustering all the love I can and beaming it out to the Capitol where the Election Certification is taking place. It’s almost too much to bear. My spiritual practice requires that I’m composed at all times. Still, the moment is so fraught that my tears are flowing and I’m unabashed. Tears cleanse my emotions of grief (75) so I can climb back to Acceptance, (350) and up the vibrational scale.

I’m grateful to my fellow Substack writers who lay out the obscenity of what has been transpiring, so that I don’t have to. Constitutional Law Expert; The character of the incoming ‘leader;’ How Fraught is the Moment. I take heart from these patriots who share the vision of America growing in democracy.

Beloved Rider if you’re an American who is unconcerned about this day, you may be part of the problem. Democracy does not thrive among the walking dead. It requires participation.

Today we’re heading to The Capitol Building, the seat of action. It is part of the National Park System’s National Mall and Memorial Parks. The Ellipse and Lafayette Square which witnessed atrocities spurred by the incoming office holder are also part of the System.

It feels like another lifetime but was only last October that I toured the Capitol with our team from Transformational Tours including Alyssa Combs, PhD. Her excited recounting on Facebook raises my vibration today.
